Peace through Play implements and sustains a peacebuilding model to counter the cycle of youth violence that pervades our communities and negatively affects the young people we serve. We create opportunities for the mutual empowerment of college students and youth by utilizing educational games as an interactive teaching method that emphasizes leadership skill-building, socio-emotional learning and self-identity awareness. We are students empowering students to promote a culture of peace.
